Outerport provides an AI design and process engineer that can find engineering diagrams, generate engineering designs, run simulations, and perform data analysis to shorten design cycles. This is powered by computer vision technology which can accurately convert unstructured visual data (mechanical, piping, electrical, chemical diagrams) into AI-ready formats (such as JSON). Furthermore, designs are optimized by our reinforcement learning trained LLM, which is able to guess the best operating parameters from a small number of data samples. Outerport supports private cloud deployments and integrates with existing PLMs by building a knowledge graph over existing data.
