AI Coach Lab: A New Model for Corporate Training and Learning Companionship

▌Topic

AI is set to fundamentally reshape how enterprises learn. Talent development is no longer limited to one-off skills training; it is becoming an everyday practice of micro-learning and continuous coaching.

This is a co-creation lab focused on the future of organizational learning and development (L&D). Together, we will explore new possibilities for corporate training in the AI era. The session will center on two hands-on learning topics, guiding participants to build a new way of thinking around AI Coaches and practical learning exercises. HR leaders will contribute their real-world experience and perspectives as we collectively unpack the innovation challenges of this new era.

▌If you and your team are facing these challenges...

  • You want to introduce AI into corporate learning, but are unsure which use case to start with in order to truly improve training effectiveness.

  • You know AI can provide a more personalized and real-time interactive learning experience, but are unsure how to connect it with company knowledge, training materials, and existing workflows—without ending up with something that is built but never used.

  • Your company has accumulated many courses, training materials, and internal knowledge assets, but you are unsure how to use AI to reorganize and activate them so employees can learn faster and apply what they learn more effectively.
